The EMEA Real Estate & Facilities manager will manage and lead the day-to-day operations and real estate of the business, paying special attention to the premises on which the business is located.  

What will your job look like?

• You will be responsible for the employee’s wellbeing (EHS, Security) and offices’ services amazing experience.
• You will be responsible for defining and planning the Facilities Management and Real estate strategy within the region, which addresses the Global Operations goals and objectives
• You will plan and manage end-2-end projects within the region (building works, renovations, space allocation, space reductions etc.)
• You will supervise FM & RE experts, maintenance employees, contractors and vendors
• You will plan, manage and monitor FM & RE suppliers/vendors vs. to contracts
• You will ensure implementation of safety & security procedures on site as per local safety requirements as well as per the company’s policy
• You will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of company premises and equipment, ensure cleanliness of sites, provide high standard catering services where needed and align with sites scope.
• You will encourage innovative activities aligned with business needs and supporting business growth and customer satisfaction
• You will be responsible for the Facilities management and real estate budget within the region
• You will lead consolidation activities within the region to maximize ROI from building and assets usage
• You will coordinate lease renewals in collaboration with business units and procurement
• You will seek to understand the business challenges and requirements – translate them into tasks and projects to support business & ensure smooth and safe working environment within the region
• You will manage 5-10 sites directly or indirectly, manage 5-10 employees directly, manage matrix contractors and vendors contracts. Managed small, medium and big projects with different levels of complexities

All you need is…

• Proven experience in managerial roles and/ or matrix management in global companies
• 3-5 years of experience in managerial roles jobs                                                                            
• Bachelor’s degree Civil engineering or electrical engineering degree or any managerial degree relevant for the role is required, as well as proven experience in facilities and Real Estate areas
• Experience in financial planning & control and/ or inspection and auditing   
• Experience in project management from planning to execution
