About the Role:
Acts as the voice of the business on a Product Team. Accountable for defining the product strategy and roadmap and deliver it by coordinating a cross functional team. Ultimately responsible for the success of the product.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Leads cross-functional team to define business model and develop product capabilities.
- Drives alignment with commercial, IT, quality and technical support.
- Creates product development work plan and schedule to build product.
- Owns end-to-end consumer experience in the commercial space, solutions mainly build on the SF.com platform
- Creates commercialization strategy and plan in partnership with sales.
- Works closely with a cross functional team to refine features to ensure global product market fit and growth through on-going testing and analytics.
- Responsible for the product releases.
- Work in collaboration with CE commercial and support staff and other associated business partners to ensure the success and adoption of the respective CE technology & solutions.
- Ensures integrations with existing systems are maintained.
- Owns long-term product roadmap.
- Strategize and prioritize by either functional capability or geography to understand opportunities and challenges associated with business processes, lead change management.
- Partner with platform product owners to develop strategies and plans to implement software capabilities to address opportunities, solve challenges and ultimately improve efficiency and automate various processes within CE.
- Work in collaboration with CE commercial and support staff and other associated business partners to ensure the success and adoption of all CE technology & solutions
- Analyze and measure use of the enabled capabilities to facilitate adoption and maximize associated benefits.
- Manage and support VIP tracking process for CE service sales capabilities deployed to sites across the region(s).
- Identifies key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Core Skills:
- Superior problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, leadership qualities, executive influencing skills, communication and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills, and strong Operations (Supply Chain, Customer Care) and/or IT background, ability to quickly learn and assertively engage with resources at all management levels within the organization, awareness and sensitive to multiple cultures across countries.
- Project and Change Management Experience:
- Project planning, change management, business case development and experience using change management and system implementation methodologies.
- Systems Experience:
- Experience partnering with the Information Systems department and managing system implementation projects related to Service Sales capabilities: ServiceMax, SAP, RingDNA, CPQ, etc)
- Understanding of workflow tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
- Services Experience:
- Service management, operational metrics and scorecards, and experience with commercial and/or service engagement on a day-to-day basis
- PC literacy:
- Interested and ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications.
- Language:
- English
- Travel:
- Occasional, limited travel to other BSC sites may be required

- Proficiency in languages other than English
- Advanced Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in systems related to Service Sales capabilities
- Experience with additional workflow tools and advanced features in MS Office applications
- Extended Project and Change Management Experience:
- Extensive experience with specific methodologies and best practices in project and change management
- Broader Services Experience:
- Experience in additional areas of service management and operational metrics beyond the core requirements
- In-depth Knowledge of Cultural Sensitivity:
