Catalogue operations owns the creation and maintenance of the products we sell through our website. In practice this means we create each SKU, add images which we collate from brands and our internal photography team, and ensure the product details, the “how to” and the pricing are accurate, and in our house style. There is a constant process of creating new products, new variants, and updating existing products. We constantly seek to optimise our site and work closely with other teams to improve our SEO results, to engage our consumers, and to ensure Sephora remains a destination site for beauty lovers.

You will need charm and persistence, and not be afraid to be demanding occasionally!  You will own the process and ensure that each product is ready for publishing at an agreed time.

The work is ongoing and requires someone who is supremely well organised and enjoys working autonomously whilst being level-headed under pressure. This opportunity will be a great challenge for you, if you understand the importance of the function and are excited to contribute to the larger service-scape of the organisation, and you will develop a strong understanding of our product portfolio, the commercial drivers of ecommerce and “backend operations”, the foundations of a career in ecommerce.
