JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Review Specialist – Performance Analysis and Research Specialist position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Office and Operational Processes. This position provides technical assistance, participates in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives and facilitates and leads meetings.

  • Currently Employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Two years of experience with special projects in the capacity of team lead.
  • Two years of experience with the Child Support Program with one year of experience in the Compliance process.
  • One year of experience producing professional written documentation such as memorandums, presentations, reports, proposals and/or business summaries.
  • One year of experience researching, analyzing and/or evaluating large data sets.
  • One year of experience reviewing & providing input on procedures and training for the Program, to include support to team members who work directly with customers.


  • Experience creating business process maps
