Our Exciting Opportunity

Become part of our collaborative, fast-paced, high-performance team working for a company that builds ground-breaking technology! We are now looking for a Human Resources Administrator to perform HR and Payroll administrative tasks in our local payroll team according to standard processes/procedures/work instructions. Maintain and manage data in applicable IT systems to ensure data quality. Join us for this exciting opportunity!

You will

  • Support us with Payroll administrative services
  • Support in delivery and completion of monthly payroll tasks as required
  • Support in day-to-day relationship with the payroll providers, health insurances and tax offices, ensuring relevant documentation is up to date, e.g. import templates, working instructions, user guides
  • Ensure completion of activities within a reasonable and practical timeframe
  • Provide project support
  • Provide support to our employees

To be successful in the role you must

  • Currently be pursuing a degree or be interested in the area of administration as temporary support in part-time
  • Focus on quality, detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be a great teammate
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills
