Job Summary

Provides HVAC assistance to all buildings within the specified school campus.  Repairs, maintains and assists in any problem solving issues as they relate to HVAC Systems.

Responsibilities:
•    Provides support by responding to requests for HVAC systems.
•    Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
•    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
•    Enhances facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
•    Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
•    Other duties may be assigned.        

Qualifications:
•   Master HVAC Technician
•    5 years as licensed HVAC with 2 years supervisory experience
•    Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
•    Strong customer service skills required.
•    Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
•    Creative problem solving skills. 
•    Must be able to troubleshoot/fix various problems or issues.
•    Must be mechanically inclined/tech savvy.
