About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, switched on Marketing Executive to join the ANZ Brand Marketing team based in Sydney. 

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll support the Core marketing team in executing activities across the full marketing mix and enjoy gaining exposure to new product development, trade marketing, and much more.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Driving excellence in end-to-end execution across integrated marketing activity spanning digital, social, print, and trade marketing
  • Assist in implementing ANZ activation plans, annual brand plans and integrated activity plans across consumer and customer touchpoints
  • Support the communication of brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Support regular brand performance and health reviews, trends and competitor tracking, and reporting
  • Support the measurement and evaluation of all key brand activity, via tracking and reporting
  • Assist the commercialisation (building sell in, launch and GTM activation plans) of NPDs including supporting consumer and category rationale and sell in tools
  •  Support with briefing NPD to the product engineering team and sales teams
  • Assisting in efficient management of monthly brand A&P budgets
  • Manage the online brand Asset and SKU libraries

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 1-2 yrs Brand Marketing experience (ideally from the FMCG sector or could be a creative agency AM looking to move in-house)
  • Exposure to end-to-end campaign management including BTL, digital, shopper activations, and consumer/trade promotions 
  • Ability to support with the preparation and delivery of effective presentations 
  • Effective analysis and interpretation of key brand data e.g. sales, share, consumer insights 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite  
  • Excellent planning and project management skills, including the ability to support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • Good interpersonal skills working within your team and across the business
