Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Drive, manage and implement South East Asian Distribution Center (DC) Network strategic initiatives per timeline
  • As key member of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team, in South East Asia to ensure delivery of company vision, mission, goals; participate in all strategic decision-making process and ensure compliance of all key policies & operational procedures.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead project activities and manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to related stakeholders including senior management member
  • Execute overall project management and workstreams deliverables (e.g. project planning, milestones execution and monitoring)
  • Design and drive analytics framework to support project including setting targets and supply chain productivity KPI
  • Perform project budgeting and control
  • Directing and controlling all aspect of SCM function process and IT flow pertaining to new DC strategy
  • Support country best practice and process standardization via project implementation across SEA
  • Drive operation related projects and manage contract negotiation and extension
  • Support Distribution center long / short term capacity planning and expansion plan
  • Provide guidance to country Ops team and proactively develop, lead and implement continuous process improvement (CPI)
  • Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prove track record on driving large scale SCM/DC/ Logistic projects in MNCs with complex organization restructure 
  • Strong operational knowledge in logistic, planning, DC operation management inbound warehousing and outbound 
  • Solid hands-on experience on managing operational performance (provide KPI framework), continuous process improvement & project implementation
  • A strong communicator; able to build a collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders and influence them
  • Familiarity in SAP/WMS/eCom system
  • Fluent in English – excellent written and verbal communication skills


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; at least 8 years of relevant working experience in FMCG/ Retail/ Sporting goods industry
