What You Will Do

• You will define the roadmap and execute a multi-year enhancement program for AGCO´s supplier quality management systems, applications, and reporting tools
• You will develop processes and systems enhancements that enable consistent delivery of qualified parts to multiple AGCO locations
• You will verify compliance to system´s guidelines and processes across all regions / locations, followed with a cadence to close gaps
• You will manage communications and training related to supplier quality systems
• You will make sure that guidelines and metrics are documented and up to date

What You Will Bring

• 12+ years working in supplier quality (preferred), quality management or purchasing
• Experience in applying quality tools and methods
• Experience in overseeing supplier performance
• Experience with SAP in the areas of supply chain
• Experience in leading projects with technical stakeholders
• Experience in managing internal and external audit reviews
• Language skills: English (fluent)

A Plus If You Have

• Experience collecting and implementing systems´ requirements, driving operational efficiencies
• Experience as a trainer
• Experience in rolling out global programs
