Digital Operations remit is to define the broader strategy frame for Digital Brand Commerce (DBC) and turn it into actionable reality through orchestrating the delivery of the end-to-end landscape of DBC. This extends further to owning the strategy through to implementation of functional areas of Consumer Engagement, Mobile Apps and Payments. Furthermore, Digital Operations drives Operational Excellence and the development of Additional Markets.


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Payments and fulfillment are a key element in the interaction with our consumers and a core element to drive the business growth and the center piece of the eCommerce business


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for support of day to day technical operations of our digital platforms which includes Salesforce, CommerceCloud and SterlingCommerce
  • Responsible for support of day to day technical operations of third parties related to order processing, payment capture and fulfillment
  • Work with distribution center and omnichannel teams to support and monitor fulfillment processes and provide data analysis as requested
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support process enhancements to the payment experience and risk management solution with a customer-centric focus
  • Support operationally focused projects from a technical standpoint
  • Conduct daily analysis and monitoring of transactions, fulfillment processes and risk management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to configure and validate on-site promotions
  • Support business teams in driving and delivering business projects
  • Handling of investigation requests from law enforcement authorities in alignment with legal and data protection departments
  • Be the operational center of excellence


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong experience with risk and payment management tools (esp. Adyen / Cybersource)
  • Experience with fraud prevention and analysis
  • Strong IT skills with an emphasis on Excel
  • Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
  • Project management and project monitoring experience
  • Ability to self-manage and operate effectively with little oversight
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to work in team environment and welcome collaboration and feedback from other team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute to established timelines
  • Technically adept with ability to pick up on new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge or experience working with SFCC and SterlingCommerce is preferred
  • Python, SQL for data analysis is a plus


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in technical or science focused discipline.
  • 2-4 years eCommerce or digital online experience in a function requiring technical capability
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
