Overview

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Management of eCom business monitoring & analysis
  • Elevate eCom data usage and drive insights with product focus to identify growth opportunity

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Monitoring & Analysis

  • Develop & execute business monitoring from overall business KPI to detail level of store performance
  • Establish in-season products tracking framework to drive understanding of product performance
  • To support regular submission of product ST, business tracking & ad hoc analysis request
  • Ensure high accuracy and reliability of all reporting & analysis result
  • Able to call out risks and take lead to drive actions with different business teams
  • Identify business risk & opportunity thru deep dive analysis leveraging available data source
     
    Processes
  • Work with BI/IT/CDH to enhance system usage per business needs like Omni Hub/MSTR/HUB, etc
  • Propose process adjustments/improvements to enhance data tracking/visibility
  • Participate in the development of the integrated data solution and drive data visualization
  • Regular data check & validation to make sure data upload process working
  • Share & educate team members to scale up the usage of eCom data & reportings

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  Professional background / Experience

  • Functional: Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning/BI/Analytics function for multinational company
  • Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes and know the business model
  • Others: involvement in any data solution/standardization project to drive system integration & reporting creation is a plus
     
    Education
  • University degree in business with Information Management/Statics/Computing/Finance, etc
     
    IT skills
  • Excel: advanced
  • PowerPoint: advanced
  • SPSS/SAS/R: Plus
  • Tableau: Plus
  • SQL: basic
     
    Language skills
  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
