We are now recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join our Berri Distribution Centre team. This is a key role, in which you will be required to provide administration support to warehousing and distribution functions based in the state of the art warehouse at Berri Estates. 
 

You will be based in Berri Estates.

 

This role is full-time and permanent. 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Provide administration support to warehousing and distribution functions, including:

  • Data entry of dry goods receipts
  • Receipt of CHEP pallets in 2IC
  • Check of Open receipts in JDE
  • Packaging material returns
  • Scanning of invoices and sending to carriers

•    Prepare the daily warehouse utilisation report
•    Audit of rates in Consignmate Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure accurate accounting of freight
•    Reporting 

What you’ll bring:

•    Experience in a warehouse administration role will be highly regarded
•    Previous experience in using JDE, or similar ERP / CTRM system, would be preferred
•    Excellent problem-solving skills
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Proven ability to multi-task
•    Time management and prioritisation skills
•    Willingness to learn – with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
•    Ability to work autonomously and within a Team environment
•    Be proactive with excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine
•    Certificate or Diploma in administration or warehousing functions is preferred
