Job Description


Reporting directly to the Product Portfolio Leader- Fulfillment, this role will be responsible for managing go to market and launch activities such as facilitating customer pilots to gather real time user feedback that informs product design and working with the operations team to ensure product readiness.  This role also provides an opportunity to create and establish a go to market framework that will be adopted by all products in the HS portfolio.  Strong candidates will need to lead through influence, be able to toggle between strategy- and execution-level thinking, and leverage communication and analytical skills on a regular basis

As mentioned above, this role requires the ability to work in a cross functional environment with teams representing operations, technology, sales, marketing, customer care and interactions with customers to ensure the appropriate workflows, processes, documentation, collateral, and customer assets are in place to enable product adoption and success. 

•    Manage customer pilots and user councils to gather feedback on product experience
•    Engage with operations teams on product readiness plans as it relates implementing, training, and supporting the product through different phases of maturity
•    Engage and solution with internal teams and customers to promote, support and enable product adoption and success
•    Create a framework to gather feedback and cluster/draw insights from the market and users to inform product design and vision
•    Formalize/create a standard process on go to market activities for all products in the portfolio
•    Establish goals and measurable outcomes of launch to track effectiveness
•    Provide release support in the of knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications both internally and externally.
•    Monitor new technology trends and identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs

Job Requirements


Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•    3-5 years relevant working experience in consulting, product marketing, hotel operations, or project management
•    Experience leading or managing projects that involve multiple stakeholder groups
