Job Description:
Compass Group is selectively recruiting for a Financial Accounting Internship opportunity within Compass’ corporate offices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly accounting close process, which includes accounting entries and reconciliations for acquisitions related accounts
- Assist in purchase accounting for acquired and divested entities
- Collect, document and track prepared by client (PBC) records for the annual IFRS audit
- Research accounting standards to answer technical accounting queries
Job Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or above majoring in Accounting
- Ability to work independently and possess strong problem solving skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel a must

Job Summary
