About the role
Provides on-site or remote clinical support in the areas of support case coverage, basic troubleshooting, scheduling, and patient follow-up for the company’s products; additional attend face-to-face or remote cases with our client and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products finally Provides educational support on product usage and customer training.
What we are looking for in you
Required qualifications
- University studies related to health are required. Other degrees are acceptable if the candidate meets the job profile.
- Relevant experience of more than 3 years in healthcare or similar function or area.
- Knowledge of operating rooms, clinical wards and their relationship with nurses and physicians.
- Function focused on urology and endoscopy.
Preferred qualifications
- English (intermediate level) spoken and written.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of client portfolio management.
- This position requires between 30% and 50% travel.
