What will your job look like?

The Sales Director is an individual contributor role developing and winning new business, but leads a multi-disciplinary team assigned for each opportunity to drive it from prospecting to a WIN! You will champion the innovative power of our products to help subscription companies improve subscription revenue and retention!


  • Own the entire sales process and account strategy for named accounts and assigned industry verticals and hunt for new logos.
  • Position Vindicia Retain solution through value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst insights.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle, working with cross-functional teams as needed, and serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to research territory and formalize a “go-to-market” strategy, build a target account list, and craft campaigns to generate new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through self-prospecting, and working with marketing, SDR teams and the partner team.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales as well as accurately forecast sales opportunities and deliver revenue accordingly.
  • Effectively influence internal cross-functional team members to drive sales success.

All you need is…

  • Experience with payments solutions and e-commerce.
  • 10 years of enterprise software solutions field sales experience selling into large and very large SaaS enterprises, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals/quota, as well as understanding the complexity of this type of organization, how to navigate it and accelerate the sales cycle to close the opportunities successfully.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels with prospects and clients, internally and with the customer.
  • Existing network of contacts in large enterprises and potential partners within the territory.
