About the role

We are now recruiting for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Head of On Prem and Business Sales, this role will oversee the entire Ecommerce operation with alignment to our Omnichannel structure, while collaborating with the digital marketing team and other key internal stakeholders to drive memberships, databases and sales.

This role is full-time and permanent. 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Manage, guide and coach the Ecommerce team regarding performance and development 
•    Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention.
•    Develop and manage the eCommerce budget, forecasting sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
•    Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the eCommerce site and increase conversions.
•    Ensure the eCommerce platform is optimized for performance, usability, and search engine visibility.
•    Create and lead the implementation of portfolio plans for all Ecommerce channels 
•     Ensure the eCommerce site accurately reflects brand and product offerings.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure eCommerce initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
•    Monitor eCommerce industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace

Key Skills:

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a leadership role
•    Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web analytics, and online marketing strategies
•    Experience managing a team of eCommerce professionals.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
•    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growth
•    Passion for eCommerce and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
