Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of administrative, clerical, or job related experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Data entry experience and/or experience preparing correspondence
  • Fluent in speaking Spanish

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is professional work performing regulation activities or other regulatory related services and resolving consumer complaints within the Division of Elections/Bureau of Election Records and is responsible for, including but not limited to, the following duties:

Assist candidates and committees with filing amendments on the Division's Electronic Filing System (EFS).

Generate audit letters relating to incomplete or incorrect campaign treasurer reports.

Generate failure to file and fine letters.

Prepare responses to requests for documentation from the Florida Elections Commission.

 Perform other work related duties as required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred KSA’s-Knowledge of auditing principles.
  • Experience working in a Call center environment.
  • Fluent in speaking in Spanish.
