Overview

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

 

Drive the complete scope of digital marketing and lead the digital activation team, interaction with key business units and teams to define specific digital strategies and create seasonal digital plans for achieving performance targets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enable more digital/data driven thinking across the brand for seamless consumer experience and increased media effectiveness
  • Accountable for creation and activation holistic digital campaign plans
  • Ensure the seasonal promotion plan and execution aligned with all BA functions and business units
  • Collaborate all digital media strategy including performance marketing with PNM and eCom team to optimize brand’s digital spending
  • Manage the relationship with Digital Media Owners i.e. Google, Facebook and Kakao
  • Key brand interface for DBC, APAC Digital Activation and local eCom leadership.
  • Supervise the creation and implementation of content best practices, sharing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish the CRM strategy and create and implement annual CRM Calendar in cooperation with Brand Comms and Channels, and ensure activities are included in Omni-Channel Marketing calendar.
  • Be the key touch point for all digital trends and what’s next as it relates to digital marketing
  • Recruit best in class people and provide people management guidance. Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture and to contribute to improving our eNPS

 

KPI’s:

  • NPS (country, key city, key categories)
  • Net Sales
  • Compliance to MWB guidelines
  • Annual/Monthly MWB Accuracy vs. RFC LE
  • ROAS, performance marketing
  • Traffic to own and wholesale eCom
  • Consumer Engagement on CRM platform
  • Agency performance management (annual evaluations)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Digital marketing background preferred
  • Delivering and managing CRM programs for world-class consumer centric businesses
  • Leading and managing a diverse team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Trade or sales experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
  • Advanced abilities in the fields of employee engagement and performance management at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team
  • Fluent in English

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
  • Marketing and /or Sales experience
