Overview

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

As Manager Catalogue Management, you will lead the operational aspects within the pure play key account(s) & in ensuring the highest levels of digital content across both the front and back end of the website, maximise the experience our consumers will have when interacting with our brand

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the product data and content flow end-to-end within the defined Key Account(s), whose business is 100% online
  • Responsible for integrating product content, copy, attributes, bullets, imagery, video, comparison tables etc. onto the key account’s platform & seeking for operational efficiency through automated syndication
  • Continuously evaluating and trialling methods of improving our brands’ PDPs, with the objective of improving ATC/CVR
  • Partnering with the key account to drive efficiencies on their website and ensuring our brand is displayed in the most premium and efficient manner to the end consumer, through tasks such as removing duplication, optimising titles etc.
  • Work closely with the EU Partner Development team to ensure that the most relevant content is displayed on the Key Account’s website
  • Maintain and Optimize product data in the Key Account’s back-end system
  • Capture partner specific requirements to ensure optimal presentation of our products on their website (e.g. filter navigation, searchability, data quality etc.)
  • Support the execution of our digital visual merchandising strategy and adapt output to meet the needs of our local consumers across various European locales 
  • Proactively monitor data quality reports from our partner, understanding clearly the status of our articles and what actions need to be taken to improve order management efficiency, brand presentation and findability
  • Responsible for driving creation, maintenance, transfer and reporting of correct and consistent data between the adidas product management systems and the partner’s systems.
  • Acting as our leading point of contact towards the key account’s Operations departments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience working with eMarketplace platforms
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team environment and under pressure
  • Experience in diligently working with large data sets
  • Knowledge on key drivers to maximise PDP ATC/CVR
  • Excellent PC & system knowledge, especially Excel (advanced level)
  • Preferably experience with a PIM system and product data syndication solutions
  • Good planning, organizing, project management skills
  • Results driven personality
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in data and business eCommerce projects
  • Fluent English is necessary; another European language would be beneficial

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of content management experience with a recognised top-tier brand
  • BA / BS in Business, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred
  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and passionate about deriving business insight from data, improving processes, and solving problems. 
    •    Extremely strong Excel skills required coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills
    •    Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
    •    Highly motivated, with the ability to work in deadline driven environment
