POSITION PURPOSE

 

To coordinate GSI EAME customer service efforts between production and dealers.   This position will accept orders from dealers, coordinate the appropriate financial approvals, production scheduling and logistics in order to meet customer expectations.  This position will also be responsible for coordinating dealer claims and obtaining the appropriate approvals to process these claims.  This position will be important to the customer experience and managing customer expectations.

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY

KEY MEASUREMENT

Main contact for Plant Hungary customer services activities with dealers

Timeliness of initiating order processing and orders being entered on-time

Cross functional cooperation with pre sales and production

Catch and minimize sales errors

Provide voice of customer for product needs and process improvements

Achieve monthly margin targets

Deliver exceptional customer service on technical and financial feedback in a timely manner

Ensure all relevant information is available for marketing of the GSI products

Train Dealers as needed on customer service processes and forms

Assistance in dealer development through training

Maintain visibility to ongoing projects and provide management with information on relevant issues concerning customer service issues

Weekly funnel reviews with GSI EAME team

Provide recommendations on the handling of post sales issues with customers.

Assist in meeting EAME Customer Claim Targets

Engage fully with GSI outside sales team to win orders

Win to lose ratio improvement on quotes

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • College/university degree, preferably in business studies
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent written & spoken command of  English language
  • Some basic financial acumen
  • Sales and marketing skills and knowledge is a plus
  • Computer literate and flexible with new software packages (MS Office and some custom programs)
