JOB SUMMARY: This is a Customer Service Representative II – Quality Control Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Customer Service Delivery Team in the Orlando Service Site. Job duties revolve around providing quality customer service using a variety of customer service delivery methods through daily interaction on the phone, safeguarding confidential information and using the Child Support system to work assigned tasks related to Child Support Program services. This includes completion of activities associated with complex and/or escalated cases, assessing cases, reviewing supporting documentation and making decisions; reviewing and updating critical data fields; and assisting with performance monitoring. In addition, this position will serve as the child support program subject matter expert and on the job trainer to team members.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Currently Employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Three years of Child Support Program experience.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or instructing others.
- Three years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Three years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.
