The CS&L Manager leads and performs all supply chain related activities for the Filorga Mexico subsidiary, including demand & supply planning, transportation, and warehousing. As a new subsidiary, Filorga Mexico is small but growing quickly! There are many processes being defined, and the CS&L manager will have an exciting role in working with the cross functional team to define these processes. This role will require a broad E2E perspective, with the ability to both see the big picture and zoom in to work on detailed analysis & troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer service by developing supply plans, collaborating with France supply chain team, and troubleshooting issues
- Manage the 3PL providing transportation and warehousing services.
- Define mid & long term strategies for planning processes, and implement projects to support.
- Lead demand planning & partner with commercial team on monthly discipline
- Provide customer focused and cost effective distribution, import and transportation of finished products – liaising with the related local commercial operations.
- Analyze, manage & take cross functional leadership action on inventory levels & SLOB to maintain targeted levels
- Provide oversight, analysis & reporting for warehousing operations, including inventory reconciliation & physical inventories.
- Work with the 3PL and O2I to ensure orders for customers and replenishment are fulfilled on-time, achieving the targeted performance in terms of quality, quantity and cost.
- Provide direction for issue resolution, both internally with O2I, 3PL and the Customers.
- Collaborate with 3PL, O2I, and Customers to identify and implement supply chain projects to improve the performance of the network and respond to new agreed customer requirements.
- Work with Legal & Regulatory to ensure that all local regulations for warehousing and transportation are met.
- Manage supply chain activities for SKU launches, discontinuations & transitions
- Partner with commercial team on business simplification & segmentation strategies
- Lead supply chain aspects of systems implementation & testing ((SAP planned for July 2025, CRM for Jan 2026))
- Develop mid-year and budget logistics cost, and monitor/manage monthly spend.
- Provide input for the budget and performance targets, review the monthly KPI’s to identify areas of improvement & drive implementation & work with the 3PL for identification/implementation of Continuous Improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business / Logistics or related
- 8 years minimum of Supply Chain or Logistics experience
- 2 years of experience in warehouse
- Intermediate-advanced English level
- Proficient in SAP
- Desirable experience managing people.
- Demonstrates competence by applying Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Warehousing / Transportation, Systems knowledge to meet business objectives
Location:
- The CS&L manager must be able to work 1-3 days per week in the CEDIS/ Warehouse (located in Tultitlan) in accordance with business needs. 1-2 days per week of work from home is permitted.
