About the Role:
Compiles data for analysis, reporting, governance and/or communications to key stakeholders to support business processes.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Create, renew and amend BSC divisional consignment agreements
- Collaborate with Field Inventory Management (FIM) team on updates to consignment agreements, ad hoc requests from FIM Team
- Communicate and supply field representatives with requested consignment agreements throughout the initial, renewal and amendments to obtain fully executed agreements
- Maintain consignment agreement excel tracker, loading, auditing and updating as required
- Review, Sign and Load active agreements into CLM
- Complete tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Utilize tools to identify agreements that require updates
- Maintain / update relevant work instruction documentation
- Collaborate cross functionally with FIM team, Legal, IT, Field Representatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership and automation ambassador’s
What We’re Looking For:
- Within one year of obtaining bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree completed in accounting or Business Administration.
- English Level: B2 (70% – 89%).
- Desired knowledge: Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English, advanced excel and Microsoft tools, problem solving skills to improve processes, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, CLM (Contract Management System), SAP and Tableau knowledge a plus but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
