Business Integration Analyst

AGCO’s Business Integration team is currently looking for a Business Integration Analyst that would support their team by building EDI connections with their suppliers in SAP on different projects.

What You Will Do:

• New vendor onboading
• Testing
• Participate weekly status calls with AGCO sites
• Liaise with AGCO site material planners for vendor pipeline selection
• Failed IDOC follow up
• Liaise with AGCO site material planners for root cause analysis of various process failures for all message types
• Collaborating with business site contacts and key users during UAT and for issue resolving
• Participating in weekly and ad-hoc phone conferences with internal and external contacts
• Process improvement

What You Will Bring:

• Commercial degree/IT degree/Business Management degree
• min. 1 year professional experience (preferably IT or Finance or Logistics related)
• Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables)
• Previous experience with SAP FI / SD / MM / PP or understanding of EDI and SAP iDocs
• Business fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Project experience
• 1+ year experience in any of SAP modules as Super user (FI/SD/MM/PP) or 1+ year experience as super user for EDI and SAP idocs preferred
• Basic understanding of EDI setup and monitoring preferred
