Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 


To deliver service and help build and execute the brand and retail strategy for JD to drive business growth and brand heat. 


Key Responsibilities:  


  • Help build and execute the brand activation plans for JD ensuring adidas wins at the point of purchase by category, in key locations and against the agreed KPI’s 

  • Understand product, customer and consumer needs across all channels  

  • Manage and improve the adidas consumer experience within and in proximity to JD stores, ensuring high levels of storytelling and up to date retail standards 

  • Deliver and adapt brand toolkits across all channels and create bespoke tools where relevant in line with the target consumer and across multiple categories 

  • Continuously look at new innovations to engage the consumer and drive sell through 

  • Collaborate with the JD marketing teams to ensure continuous alignment and excellence 

  • Drive and review sell through and consumer engagement against agreed KPIs and take learnings for future activity 

  • Manage budgets and costs

  • Microsoft office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Fluent in English 


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

  • University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience 

  • Brand or retail marketing experience: 3 years.
