Serving as the primary liaison between the Amway Independent Business Owners (IBO’s) based in the Western States, and the Amway North America Sales organization, you will provide key support to IBO’s to help them build healthy, sustainable businesses.  In this role, you will act as an Account Manager to high value Independent Business Owners providing data-driven consultative support and service, in order to achieve leader growth solutions, and training & support, which will vary with each business owner.  Using performance indicators, your ability to derive insights, while providing training and support, will be instrumental in promoting success.  This is a cool role, that builds individual businesses by consulting and strategizing around new opportunities to promote and sustain business growth!  

 

How you would contribute to the role:

 

Working directly with Spanish or Korean speaking Amway IBO’s, you will use your skills to partner with business owners who can benefit from recommendations, training, and support.   Using comprehensive information around key performance indicators, you will use data to customize growth plans.  Focus on support for rules of conduct, qualification verification guidelines, best practices, and sustainability will be common to your conversations.  This role will require travel to IBO events, and will also involve public speaking at events to present training or insights to the groups.  Business planning strategies, tailored consulting conversations, and solution-oriented training for business owners, will be key to your daily work.  If you would enjoy delivering pro-active business strategies, derived from your talent to assess data and provide analytical insights, this would be the perfect role for you!

 

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related function (Business, Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
  • Fluent Spanish or Korean skills (verbal and written)
  • Talent to Understand and interpret analytical insights from data to consult with IBO’s on business opportunities
  • Sales experience with background in sales insights
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas succinctly to diverse groups
  • Ability to present to large and small groups (public speaking at events)
  • Ability to travel, involving weekend business commitments (up to twice a month)
  • Bilingual skills helpful, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
