Assistant / Deputy Manager, Servicing & Operations – 12 months contract

We are curently looking for someone to be part of our Affinity Marketing team. This will be a 12 month contract role.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, your responsibilites will be; 

 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, manage challenging situations/customers and ensure prompt turnaround for all service requests related to Affinity Marketing with consistent quality 
  • Develop opportunities to engage customers to present company products and campaigns offerings 
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to resolve escalations/system issues arising from day-to-day operations 
  • Identify areas of improvement to existing processes 
  • Involved in data preparation and generation of timely and accurate regular reporting for management analysis & review
  • Responsible to raise finance requisition orders for vendor payment 

 

Experience 

  • Experience in customer service industry
  • Excellent communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma
  • Knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel
