Application Support Leader

We are looking for an Application Support Leader to provide a single point of contact for a major strategic customer and our Operations for the IT Business on Trecate Sites

 

Responsabilities: 

•    She/He is in charge of managing on a daily basis the processes of:

  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Demand Management
  • Service Management

on the application landscape dedicated to the customer according to the established service level objectives and aiming to maintain customer satisfaction.

•    She/He supports the Business in drafting the requirements for any Change to the system coming from the Business and Customer

•    She/He supports the Business Continuous Improvement initiatives

 

Requested Requirement:

•    High School or Graduation (Engineering, Math, Physic) 

•    At least 5 years of previous experience of in logistic or transport contexts 

•    Capacity for Functional Analysis 

•    Advanced knowledge of the Reflex platform 

•    Projects Management elements

•    Fluency in English and Italian language 

•    Excellent communication skills, proactivity, problem solving, target oriented with the ability and confidence to create structure in an complex environment
