Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist (Nexus) for our Microbial Solutions Business.  This position is a remote opportunity located in the North America, with a location near an airport preferred.

The Account Specialist is responsible for driving the onboarding of the Microbial Solutions Nexus product for customers and to ensure customer satisfaction of our clients. This role will be expected to provide support for installation, initial training and validation/application training for customers. Also focusing on ensuring full and continued utilization of the instrumentation by the customer. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying customer usage trends and support growth by identifying new opportunities for the different product lines at existing accounts.

 

The following are minimum requirements related to the Account Specialist (Nexus).

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in a scientific related discipline required; degree in microbiology related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year related experience; experience working in the life sciences industry preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually within the United States.
