LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT

The General Counsel Office has a part time vacancy and is seeking to hire an employee to work in the facilities legal unit.  This candidate will need to (1) have sufficient computer skills and the ability to pay attention to detail for repetitive tasks, (2) be able to communicate with the public in a friendly and effective manner, (3) comprehend the significance of legal documents, (4) and have a working knowledge of the diverse organizational and programmatic aspects of AHCA.  The candidate will be responsible for data input, routing and tracking legal documents in Versa, other tasks as necessary.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Candidate will have working knowledge of Versa, Laserfiche, Outlook, and Microsoft Office 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with word processing and computers. 
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the public.
