Supervise the laboratory tests and the prototype build team to support the validation process to all products (e.g.: tractors, combines, sprayer, planters, etc.) according AGCO procedures. Apply the appropriate tactics to ensure the execution of the pre-established strategy defined by management level in order to deliver NPI and CPM projects on time and with high quality level.
Supervise the validation team in Canoas site which includes the entire process for prototype build up and LAB tests to new and current products under development and validation phases according AMPIP and engineering standards. Assure the common practices, process, and technology are being used properly in order to leverage the team readiness and competence on engineering planning and execution to speed up engineering deliveries (DVP conclusion) achieving the best results on time. Plan and execute the budget process (Opex, Labor & Capex) to laboratory tests and proto build. Lead and support the team on problem solving to assure resolution of tests issues using proper techniques. Apply Agile methodology to plan the validation activities and control the sprint execution according to projects strategy. To build up an effective relationship among other engineering teams (MLE and PLE) ensuring a good communication and solving management conflicts. Assure and good relationship with Global Validation Team sharing best practices and/or implementing improvements for SA team.
Mechatronic or Electronic Engineer Project Management post-graduation, or Msc, or Doctorate Fluent English Team leader experience
