We are now recruiting for a Supply Planner to join our global Supply Chain and Operations team at our bottling site in Bristol. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring planning data is maintained, reviewed and updated. You will be required to collaborate cross functionally and support developments to improve planning processes, reports and go lives. 

This role is full-time and permanent based at The Park in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Support on running weekly reports ensuring data is accurate and visible for customers and stakeholders and maintain core planning systems
•    Track and monitor wine shipments and liaise with freight forwarder 
•    Generate bulk wine, cased goods and works order requirements for relevant packaging sites in line with latest vessel arrivals, dry-goods arrivals and any approved fixed schedule changes 
•    Generate orders and support with purchase order information using JDE 
•    Support weekly supply planning routines, and planning parameter & system data maintenance

What you’ll bring:

•    Experience of planning, S&OP & MRP-II & ERP environments, advanced planning systems and ideally JDE 
•    Highly computer literate, especially Excel
•    Ideally 1-2 years in Supply Planning experience in FMCG
