About the role:

Boston Scientific is hiring for a Senior Product Manager: Collaboration within our Digital Workplace team. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future of how employees communicate, collaborate, and operate in the digital age. This dynamic position involves implementing and continuously improving collaboration software and tools that facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow across global hybrid teams.

The Senior Product Manager will conduct market research, define product roadmaps, and work closely with other teams to ensure the delivery of innovative, user-friendly, and secure applications.

By understanding user needs and industry trends, this role is pivotal in enhancing productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, a deep understanding of digital workplace technologies, and the vision to create solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern work environments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage a product team of four people, overseeing the development of performance standards and completion of product objectives.
• Implement vital programs and strategies focusing on cost control and onboarding emerging technologies.
• Work collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources regarding projects and organizational initiatives.
• Create and own a long-term global collaboration product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end employee experience for all Microsoft 365 applications and offerings.
• Ensure integrations with existing systems and applications are maintained.
• Compose and convey executive-level updates to IT leadership.
• Identify innovative uses of technology to provide a competitive advantage for BSC.
• Develop tooling and automation to drive efficiency and quality across products and services.
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to review security controls for on-premise and cloud-based applications.
• Establish, implement, and maintain product regulatory and security compliance policies as applicable (i.e., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, SOX).
• Use OKRs and KPIs to measure success and to communicate to your team, customers, and leadership.
• Ensure product deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, and performance.

What we’re looking for:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• A minimum of 3+ years in an IT Product Owner or Product Manager role, leading people and projects.
• Demonstrated strong technical experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to work in a Global team collaboratively in person and virtually.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with IT Partners, Stakeholders, and Vendors.
• Demonstrated experience in IT contract management (i.e., MSAs, software/subscription agreements, professional services).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver IT product strategies.
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, maintaining project progress, and communicating design or development gaps.
• English Level desire 80% or above
