Sr. DE Program Analyst


  1. Purpose of Position.  

  The role of this position is to administer OCS Division Planview system (Capital, Cost Reduction, PVPM including future expansion to resource management), develop thoughtful analyses reports from the different portfolios for leadership, drive accurate data in portfolios to support leadership decisions as well as to develop intelligent dashboards enabling timing information source for the OCS Portfolio Analysis Manager.   


  1. Mention the major responsibilities and tasks of the position.
  1. Planview Administrator
    1. Support portfolio management as Planview SME
    2. Evaluate data quality attributes of portfolio and drive with the locations to have clean and accurate data.
    3. Project management module maintenance
    4. Resource project allocation tracking / reporting
    5. Capital roadmap for green book and black book
  2. Data Steward report and analysis
    1. Establish stewardship and hand it off with proper analysis
      1. Weekly Critical barriers report
      2. Monthly Capricorn Steering teams
      3. Monthly Plant Capital Reviews
      4. Quarterly Regional Capital Reviews
      5. General presentations
      6. Ad hoc analyses
  3. Power BI reporting, analysis and dashboarding
    1. In coordination with IT develop power BI reports from the different available portfolios or data cube
    2. Drive for digitalization opportunities in terms of the portfolio management team
    3. Be the bridge between DE (Mfg.) and IT
    4. Be the data literacy SME. l



  1. List the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.
  1. Structure Data Collection and archiving for report inputs from multiple systems
  2. Report and analysis structure to simply ongoing oversight of complex portfolios.

6.     Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.


 A. Education.

  •  Engineering Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineer)
  • Bachelor’s in computer science  


       B. Work Experience.

  •  3 – 5 years of experience on data analysis


 C. Additional Skills.

  • Fully bilingual – English and Spanish
