Software Quality Analyst

Location: France, Paris (Hybrid) Sophia Antipolis (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Quality Analyst. You will work with a highly motivated team, gain valuable experience, utilize the latest technologies, and solve challenging problems while being part of the creation of next-generation software. The iTwin Capture team is looking for a software quality professional who is passionate about Reality Capture. In the ecosystem of digital twins, he will participate in the next evolution of Bentley’s iTwin Capture suite for real-world large-scale acquisition and analysis using AI.

We will rely on you for the following:

• Analysis and solving of clients’ needs and technical problems with the use of the application.
• Preparation of materials for demos and proofs of concept
• Preparation of documents for tutorials
• Preparation of data for Help
• Testing of iTwin Capture’s suite
• Continuous improvement of the Knowledge base and Q&A
• Communication with customers and Bentley’s support team

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the fields: Information technology, geodesy, 3D graphic. Alternatively, a comparable career, with significant experience.
• Experience with photogrammetry and its tools, e.g. RealityCapture, Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, 3DZephyr, iTwinCapture
• Customer-oriented approach
• Outstanding communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Self-motivated, team player
• Preferably some experience with User Support
