The Role

As Sr. Marketing Manager for Marketing Information Management, you will have the opportunity to drive continued improvement through the outstanding internal communication of marketing strategy to frontline agents.

The Main Responsibilities

  • This position will develop, implement, and maintain digital resources that assist frontline representatives with understanding and explaining product benefits, marketing offers and improving the customer experience. This includes writing scripting, developing training resources, recording short videos and other multi-media tactics.
  • The applicant will also work within project teams to assess and implement communication and training needs as it relates to products, offers and service.  This role will have a Small Business focus.
  • The applicant will collaborate with partners across the organization including segment and strategy teams in the Copper, Fiber, Quantum Fiber, Small Business, Product, Marketing Ops and MarComm to align strategy and initiatives with end user resources.
  • The successful candidate should have a combination of outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) as well as the ability to break down complex processes into simple terms. They will also be able to work well in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment and in both team and individual settings. The ability to self-edit and proofread is also key.  


What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 5+ years relevant experience. 
  • Experience with WordPress, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud or Small Business is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Experience with designing written communications about products, offers, and services
