Position Summary
Execute a critical path schedule as it relates to annual core marketing narratives. Assemble and lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and develop/manage timelines and schedules. Essential Job Functions
Execute project plans, including identification of cross-functional team members, key project deliverables, milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation
Gather feedback from teams and lead continuous business process improvement
Provide constant analysis of best business practices and strive to establish a culture of quality
Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets
Establish and update project and program plans; manage deviations from plan/scope and project parameters
Conduct project meetings, project tracking, reporting and analysis
Provide overall leadership to project resources
Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, approved, and delivered to meet expectations
Manage the integration of tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed
Create highly collaborative cross-functional partnerships across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert on projects being led by other departments
Build strong relationships across all functions within Kroger as well as with vendors
Present process changes, gain alignment from all functional leaders, and work collaboratively to implement

Minimum Position Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and multi-departmental projects
Any experience managing budgets
Any proven project management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
Proven problem solving and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lead change within an organization
Strong leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Desired Previous Experience/Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s Degree
Six Sigma or Green Belt Certification or similar
Education Level: Bachelor’s Desired
