Executive Services group is a strategic partner in the Corporate Groups, helping create compensation solutions, steer compensation philosophy, and comply with governance and reporting requirements. The position has high visibility to the Senior Leadership team, and works closely with leaders of HR, Finance and Legal.

The role:

Reporting to the Director, Executive Services, the Senior Consultant will be the in-house expert on Equity Incentive Plans, managing administration of the plans, executive and participant support, financial reporting and contribute to public disclosure and other governance requirements. A successful candidate would have a passion for solving complex business issues and have a strong desire to realize tangible and meaningful benefits for the organization.  Naturally curious, a fast learner and enjoy collaborating with other leaders from across the business, this individual requires a strong attention to detail, excellent intrapersonal skills and strong analytical abilities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Make and deliver consultant-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Administers the Long-Term Incentive Plan, including Ongoing Executive Level participant support, Management of external relationships with plan administrators, Financial reporting, grant and payment processes
  • Assists in the research and writing of materials for the Management Resources and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Prepares corporate disclosure documents
  • Develops compensation recommendations for executive review and approval
  • Proactively keeps informed of compensation trends and best practices
  • Maintains strong internal relationships and visibility


Critical competencies:

  • University Degree, preferably with specialization in math, accounting or finance
  • Human Resources experience as asset
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Advanced technical skills with a variety of software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • a strong results orientation and a track record of execution;
  • Strong sense of urgency; results and action oriented;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgement;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proven Leadership and business acumen, with demonstrated ability to influence and to be a trusted advisor to senior management;
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce;
  • Experience with Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, an equity administration solution, considered a strong asset






Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
