Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all walk-in customer service requests, inbound applicant calls and written correspondences. Build rapport with each applicant. Actively listen to applicants’ requests and inquiries and resolve them according the established period. Provide internal customers and applicants ‘orientation about Our People processes and policies related to Talent Acquisition. Document in detail all interactions with applicants by email and/or Success Factors. Refer some situations to Our People specialized units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support candidate pre-screening process for high volume positions, that include but are not limited to perform phone interviews, administer job postings, respond candidate inquiries, test coordination.
- Support and provides an exceptional service experience to internal and external clients within pick up calls, respond emails and others.
- Respond to internal and external customers ‘questions and general inquiries related to Human Resources systems, processes and policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology.
Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition field.
Certifications / Licenses
No certifications or license needed.
