Your Position:

Your Responsibilities

 

This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change

 

As a Schedule Planner for John Deere Reman – Springfield located in Springfield, MO, you will support the worldwide delivery of John Deere remanufactured products by analyzing and determining the production schedule for remanufacturing products.  In addition, you will…

 

  • Managing production orders to completion
  • Participating in new product development programs
  • Interfacing with production teams, manufacturing engineers, and other John Deere business units on a daily basis
  • Working in a variety of systems including SAP (SD, PP, MM modules); DNS and CWIS
  • Attending meetings such as metrics review, Pre-S&OP, S&OP, and Composite Forecast

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Professional work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • 2 or more years of Microsoft Outlook experience (or comparable email experience)
  • 2 or more years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • 2 or more years of Microsoft PowerPoint experience
  • 2 or more years working with data to make informed decisions

What Makes You Stand Out

 

  • Prior experience in Order Fulfillment, Supply Management, and/or Manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of remanufacturing and/or John Deere
  • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and/or other methodologies as it relates to process improvements and optimization
  • Comfortable interacting and/or developing Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI dashboards
  • Capable of querying data from databases such as DB2, SAP HANA, Oracle

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

  • Relevant work experience and/or education is preferred
