Position: Sales coordinator, Bell Media, 

Status: Temporary – Full Time –  Parental leave

Location: 2185, rue King Ouest, Sherbrooke, Québec

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Work profile: Mobile

Hours: 35 hours per week



  • Provide administrative support to Account Directors
  • Support Manager in carrying out administrative tasks
  • Customer service
  • Create contracts in WideOrbit and manage priorities
  • Verification of the sponsorship inventory
  • Review and approve contracts entered by the Web and creativity media team
  • At the request of Account Directors, provide proof of broadcast for a given campaign
  • Draft sales presentations for certain Account Directors; ensure that the prices listed are correct
  • Ensure follow up of credit card forms for clients
  • Send Shopico offers to Montreal
  • Updating and filing research documents and lists of active and prospective customers
  • Offer support for the coordination of remote events
  • Development and management of trade contracts
  • Coop invoicing – monthly
  • Ensure collection follow-ups



  • University or College diploma
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role
  • Two to three years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Knowledge of the company’s products and services as well as a solid understanding of the processes are important assets
  • Positive and pleasant approach, customer-focused person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Easily adapt to changes and able to work in a dynamic environment that’s is in constant evolution


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
