RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- System and Process – support regional sales team on rolling forecast, CRM, Vendavo and other internal system works;
- Sales admin – consolidate sales team different activities and projects
- Sales report – work with finance and account managers to update monthly report.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field is preferred;
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive;
- Detail oriented with the daily work;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
- Be able to work at least 3 days a week.
