Support the administrative works of the Corporate Responsibility Department
Update and maintain the factory database
Analyse and report on the factory performance
Prepare the audit plan and arrange the Corporate Responsibility Audit in the Supply Chain
Streamline the internal practice for auditing, invoicing, communication and reporting through automation
Liaise with different NGOs & charities for volunteering activities
A degree holder
2 years’ experience in administration and/or CSR field
Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience in VBA is an advantage
Personal engagement in volunteering, social justice and environmental protection
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
