What you will be responsible for:
- Developing a proactive recruitment process and establishing relationships with a network of internal partners
- Identifying recruitment needs in collaboration with branch managers
- Attracting candidates via a series of innovative approaches
- Conducting the candidate-selection process: posting the jobs, pre-qualification, analysis, interviews, tests, pre-hiring checks, follow-up and hiring
- Opening employee files
- Providing the operations with support by improving the quality of recruitment, lowering the turnover rate and adapting the rate of hiring accordingly
- Keeping up-to-date statistics, employee lists, hours logs and other files according to the particularities of certain clients
- Taking part in recruitment meetings run by the National Director
- Representing the recruitment team in the course of job fairs, special events, career days, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience in recruitment
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment
- Advanced familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good listening skills and sense of analysis
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and sense of priorities
- Versatility with a strong capacity for adaptation and stress management
