What will your typical day look like?
Global Talent Acquisition team members are responsible for a multitude of hire types in countries across the globe. Solving complex acquisition challenges is a daily occurrence for us. Our Recruiters own the full life cycle process (proactive sourcing through hire) for roles in the US and Canada with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. For other geographies, we partner with our Deloitte colleagues in various countries. Building relationships with Recruiting colleagues in other countries is vital, and fun!

You are someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Passion for sourcing candidates; Experience leveraging state of the art sourcing and networking techniques
- Seasoned at fostering relationship and credibility with stakeholders and ensuring processes are adhered to
- Ability to work flexible hours given the global nature of this role
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Focuses on time to fill and proactively seeks approaches to shorten cycle time
- Ability to effectively manage up to stakeholders with respect to locations, levels, structure of roles, etc. ensuring we position Talent Acquisition in the most effective way to fill roles
- Proactively escalates potential issues to talent management
- Updates systems real time to ensure appropriate data integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours due to global nature of work
- Flexible to focus on varying hire types (i.e. secondments, FTE’s, conversions, etc.) and apply appropriate sourcing approaches as needed to fill roles
- Effectively partners with member firm recruiters to appropriately source and hire the right talent for open roles
- Ability to work with disparate Talent Acquisition teams working on roles to understand the status and be able to effectively represent updates to business leaders with confidence
