Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Sound working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to project management gained from relevant work experience managing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct benchmarking research and determine applicability to current projects.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, influencing, problem solving, and negotiating with and between individuals and groups.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; adept at presenting and communicating business information to key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage by influence in a consultative role.
  • Strong technical ability in basic business software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Technical skill in database software such as Access is desired.
  • High level of organizational skills to manage projects, timetables and implementations.
