Bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as Business Administration, Nursing or Allied Health area, Healthcare Administration, or Engineering.
Sound working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to project management gained from relevant work experience managing projects.
Demonstrated ability to conduct benchmarking research and determine applicability to current projects.
Strong skills in facilitation, influencing, problem solving, and negotiating with and between individuals and groups.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; adept at presenting and communicating business information to key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage by influence in a consultative role.
Strong technical ability in basic business software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Technical skill in database software such as Access is desired.
High level of organizational skills to manage projects, timetables and implementations.
