The Procurement Solution Analyst is responsible for creation and management of Procurement Dashboards and initiatives, working with teams across the global organization, leveraging insights from Procurement dataset.
Job Role Responsibilities
– Provide insightful data analysis and management support to the respective group with timely and accurate execution; – Produce and actively support development of key stewardship metrics – Develop, maintain and enhance stewardship tools and methods – Point of contact to different stakeholders (e.g. Procurement teams, Area Procurement Managers, Payables, Supply Chain) to collect and centralize input for different stewardship needs – Provide assistance to process and system initiatives
Expected Level of Proficiency
Good verbal and written communication in English – Analytical and problem solving – Database – SQL Server – Front-End visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
