Job Role Responsibilities
Review Procurement processes to identify risks and potential issues, implement and perform mitigating controls, suggest additional controls or changes to existing controls Support the Procurement risk management in conducting internal compliance reviews Report, monitor and support corrective action plans Constant process efficiency review and implementation of process automation.
Expected Level of Proficiency
Bachelor’s Degree Procurement/Payables/Supply Chain/Controls related experience Intermediate to expert skill level with standard office-productivity tools including knowledge of Excel data manipulation functions Working knowledge of using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI Ability to quickly absorb and understand application functionality Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Experience working in a dynamic environment where priorities can quickly change
