Scope of Responsibilities:

 

Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise ( Wonderware, Opera) in the assigned plant.  Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
  • Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
  • Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.
  • Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.
  • Supporting the users of the systems in their daily work with the systems.
  • Managing the validation process of key elements of the systems.
  • Training end users on selected elements of the systems.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to health, safety and environmental requirements, quality standards and guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Participate in training in these areas. Submitting to background examinations.
  • Using personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear in accordance with C-P standards. Taking care of the proper condition of assigned equipment.
  • Maintaining the workplace in good order as specified by C-P standards.
  • Sharing knowledge and experience and developing the skills of other team members.
  • Participating in training programs organized by the company and continuously improving professional skills.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
